                 Introduction 

We all need food to survive food is the basic needs for all liybeings as it provides energy for doing work and raw materials for building and repair of various parts of our body. You know that our country has large population and therefore we need to produce a lot of food. You also know that to produce such a large amount of food we need a large area of land. However our land availability is limited. Indian scientists have experienced and researched and suggested ways and means by which more food can be grown than before on the same piece of land.

A House is Not a Home 

My first year of high school felt awkward. After leaving junior High at the head of my class with all the seniority the upper geade levels could afford me it felt strange starting over as a freshman the school was twice as big as my old school and to make matters worse my clothes friends were sent to a different high school . I felt very isolated. I missed my old teachers so much that  I would go back and visit them they would encourage me to get involved in school activities so that I could meet new people. They told me that in time I would adjust and probably end up loving my new school most than I had my old one. Theyade me promise that when that happened I would still come by and visit them from time to time. I understand the psychology in what they were saying but I took some comfort in nonetheless.        One Sunday .

A Truly beautiful mind 

At the age of two and a half Einstein still wasn talking. When he finally did learn to speak he uttered everything twice. Einstein did not know what to do with other children, and his playmates called him brother boring so the youngest played by himself much of the time he especially loved mechanical toys. Looking at his newborn sister maja he is said to have said fine but where are her wheels. A headmaster once told his father that what Einstein chose as a profession wouldn matter because he'll  never make a success at anything Einstein began learning to play the violin at the age of six because his mother wanted him to he later because a gifted amateur violinist maintaining this skill throughout his life.                               But albert einstein was not a bad pupil. He went to high school in Mumbai where Einstein family had moved when he was 15 months old and scored good marks in almost every subject. Einstein heated the school regimentation and often clashed with his teachers. At the school for good.

The Bond of Love

I will begin with Bruno my wife pet sloth bear. I gou him for her by accident. Two years ago we were passing through the sugarcane fields near Mysore. People were driving away the wild pigs from the fields by shooting at them. Some were shot and some escaped we thought that everything was over when suddenly a black sloth bear came out panting in the hot sun. Now I will not shoot a sloth bear wantonly but unfortunately shot the bear on the spot. As we watched the fallen animal we were surprised to see that the black fur on its back moved and left the prostrate body. Then we saw it was a baby bear that had been riding on its mother back when the sudden shot had killed her. The little creature ran around its prostrate parent making a pitiful noise. I ran up to it to attempt a capture. It scooted into the sugar canevfield. I was at last able to grab it by the scruff of its neck while it snapped and tried to scratch me with its long hookedb claws. We put it in one of the gunny bags we had brought and when I got back to Bangalore I duly presented it to my wife. She was delighted she at once put a coloured ribbon around its meck and after discovering the cub was a boy she christened it Bruno. 

the happy prince ? 

High above the city on a tall column stood the status of the happy prince.

He was gilded all over with thin leaves of fine gold for eyes he had two bright sapphires ans a large red ruby glowed on his sword hilt. One night thete flew over  the city a little swallow his friends had gone away to Egypt six weeks before but he had stayed behind then he decided to go to Egypt too.                                           All day long he felw and at night time he arrived at the city where shall l put up he said l hope the town has made preparations."                       Then he saw the statue on the tall column l will put up there he cried lt is a fine position with plenty of fresh air so he alighted just between the feet of the happy prince.                       I have a golden bed room he said softly to himself as he looked round and he prepared to go to sleep but just as he was putting his head under his wing a large drop of water fell on him.                                               What a curious thing he cried there is not a single cloud in the ske the stars are quite clear and bright and yet it is raining then another drop drop fell. What is the use of a statue if it cannot keep the rain off he said l look for a good chimney pot .

ln the kingdom of fools

ln the kingdom of fools, both the king and the minister were idiots. They didn't want to run things like other kings so they decided to change night into day ang day into night they ordered that everyone should be awake at night till their fields and run their businesses only after dark and go to  bed as soon as the sun came up . Anyone who disobeyed would be punished with death. The people did as they were told for fear of death the king and the minister were delighted at the success of their project. One day a guru and his disciple arrived in the city. In was a beautiful city it was broad daylight but there was no one about everyone was asleep not a mouse stirring even the cattle had been taught to sleep by day. The towards strangers were amazed by what they saw around them and wandered around town till evening when suddenly the whole town woke up and went about its nightly business.                  The two men were hungry. Now that shops were  open they went to buy some groceries. To their astonishment they found that everything cost the same a single duddu whether they bought a meassure of rice or a bunch of bananas it cost a duddu the gurn and his disciples were delighted they had never heard of anything like this they could but all the food they wanted for a rupee. When they  had cooked and eaten thevguru realised that this was a kingdom of fools and and it wouldn .

Introduction to windows 10

windows 10 is the most recent PC operating system to be released by microsoft. The full version of windows 10 was released in july 2015. It builds on the existing strengths of previous windows releases but windows 10 also includes some significant new innovations.    the worth of a skill 

Lawrence allowed the waves to lift him up and carry him to towards the store. The sea held no terrors for him as he calmly swam back the rest of the distance to the land. Hm ran home happily as the sea breeze evaoorated the water off his body. A sense of urgency shook him.  He did not have a watch or a clock at his home. He knew there was not much time left for the swimming competitions to begin. The competition itself did not worry him as he had been swimming all his life but he bud to reach the newly constructed stadium in about half an hour. He had been there before and he knew that if he started now he would be able to reach there just in time. Lawrence knew that it would be the biggest would be the biggest break in his life. If he got the chance to represent his district in swimming there could be a way out of his present poverty. He had not been to school and felt that he was too old to start now even though he was only thirteen. He knew that if he won the swimming costume he would have the chance to attend special sports run by the government earn a scholarships and even hope for a government job later. Everything depended on his  winning the swimming championship. He knew that he would not have many serious challengers. On the sea front his swimming prowess was legendary. He had the rare gift of swimming fast as well as swimming over long distances.            Presently he was focusing  on the 100 _ Metre swim  He would consider taking up very short distance as well as long distance swimming later on he was in a hurry to reach the stadium .

The modern Olympic games make the greatest show on the way. Sportsmen and sportswomen from more than a hundred countries assemble together in some cities of the world every four years. They take part in contests of speed strength and skill. The first Olympic were perhaps held nearly 3,400 years ago in ancygreece. We know very little about these games, but we have definite account of there games from 776 BC. The games were held in Olympia which was a magnificent city with its marble stadium gymnasia and temples. There games lasted a month. The contests were held in running boxing leapxing leaping wrestling chariot racing and throwing the discus and javeli orators. Poets and musicians also took part in there games. Training for the athletes was very hard and discipline was very strict. Women were not even allowed to watch the games and the punishment on being caught watching was death.
