अग्नाशय के बारे में जाने यह आमाशय के नीचे पीछे की ओर एक लंबी सी ग्रंथि होती है इसकी लंबाई 14 सेमी और चौड़ाई 4 सेमी होती है इसकी आकृति कुछ पिस्टल के आकार के समान होती है इसका दाहिनी भाग मोटा और गोल तथा बाय भाग पतला होता है इसे पूछ कहते हैं यहां पर अग्नाशय रस बनता है जो एक प्रकार का पाचक रस होता है अग्नाशय रस साफ पतला तथा संयुक्त होता है इस रस के तीन प्रकार के एंजाइम होते हैं धन्यवाद
