जल का संरक्षण कैसे करें

 जल संरक्षण के उपायो  मैं वर्षा जल टपकती नालों की मरम्मत आधुनिक सिंचाई तकनीक जैसे डीप सिंचाई का उपयोग और घरेलू आदतों जैसे ब्रश करते समय नल बंद रखने में बदलाव शामिल है जिससे पानी की बचत होती है और भूजल स्तऱ भी बढ़ता है साथ ही पानी के पुन: उपयोग और प्रदूषण रोकने पर भी ध्यान देना जरूरी है

 घरेलू उपाय

 नल बंद करें: ब्रश करते समय शेविंग करते समय या बर्तन धोते समय नल को खुला ना छोड़े

 रिसाव रोके: ​​​​​​ टपकती नारे और पाइपों की तुरंत मरम्मत कारण यह छोटी सी कमी भी बहुत पानी बर्बाद करती है 

पुन: उपयोग:  नहाने या कपड़े धोने के बाद बच्चे पानी का उपयोग पौधों को पानी देने या फर्श साफ करने के  लिए करें

 प्रदूषण का अर्थ

प्रदूषण एक ऐसी  अवां छनीय स्थित है जिसमें भौतिक रासायनिक एवं जैविक परिवर्तनों के द्वारा हवा जल और भूमि अपनी प्राकृतिक गुणवत्ता को खो बैठते हैं और इस कारण जीवन प्रक्रिया बाधित होती है और प्रगति रुक जाती है आज प्रदूषण की स्थिति इतनी गंभीर है कि इसे रोकने के तत्काल प्रयास किया जाए अंत बच्चों को कक्षाओं में पर्यावरण की शिक्षा दी जानी चाहिए और साथ ही उनकी आदतों रुचियां  को पर्यावरण सुधार में लाना भी आवश्यक है

 प्रदूषण के कारण

 घरेलू अपमार्जक : घरों अस्पतालों आदि से सफाई के लिए इस्तेमाल होने तथा कपड़े धोने के काम आने वाले रासायनिक पदार्थ को घरेलू अपमार्जक कहते हैं जैसे साबुन शराब आदि है यह पद्धति नालियों द्वारा नदियों तथा तालाबों के जाल में पहुंचकर जल को दूषित करता है जल में रहने वाले जंतुओं को इसे हानि पहुंचती है और वह नष्ट होने लगते हैं

 वाहित मल : बड़े नगरों तथा कस्बो के मकान से निकलना मल मूत्र भूमिगत नालियों द्वारा प्राय: नदियों तालाबों झीलों आदि  में डाल दिया जाता है जिसके कारण इसका जल प्रदूषित हो जाता है और पानी पीने योग्य नहीं रहता है

 कीटनाशक पदार्थ: कई प्रकार के कीटनाशक  पदार्थ का उपयोग कीड़े मकोड़े की जीवाणु ओ कवको आदि को करने के लिए खेतों  खलिहानो बगीचों गन्दी नालियों फसलों आदि पर किए जाते हैं

​​​​​धुआँ:  औद्योगिक चिमनियों घरों में ईंधन के जलने तथा रेल के ईंधन आदि से धुआं निकलता है जिससे वायु का  प्रदूषण होता है धुए मैं मैं कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड कार्बन मोनो एक्साइड कार्बन तथा नाइट्रोजन योग होते हैं यह सभी स्वास्थ्य पर बुरा प्रभाव डालते हैं

 ध्वनि : लाउडस्पीकर रेडियो मशीन ऑन तथा अन्य यंत्रों से निकलने वाली तेज आवाज मन को ख खिन करती है इससे झुंझलाहट बढ़ती है और व्यक्ति परेशानी का अनुभव करता है और इसके स्वास्थ्य पर इसका बुरा प्रभाव पड़ता है

The last leaf

Sue and johnsy, two young artists, shared a small flat. The flat was on the third storey of an old house.

Johnsy fell very seriously ill in November. she had pneumonia. She would lie in her bed without moving, just gazing out of the window. Sue, her friend, became very worried. She send for the doctor. Although he came every day there was on change in Johnsy' s condition.

One day the doctor took sue aside and asked her, " Is anything worrying Johnsy? "

" No, " replied sue, "But why do you ask?"

The doctor said "Johnsy, it seems, has made up her mind that she is not going to get well. If she doesn't want to live, medicines will not help her."

Sue tried her bast to make Johnsy take an interest in things around her. She talked about clothes and fashions, but Johnsy did not respond. Johnsy continued to lie still on her bed. Sue brought her drawing- board into Johnsy's room and started painting. To take Johnsy's mind off her illness, she whistled while working.

Suddenly sue heart Johnsy whisper something. She quickly rushed to the bed and heart Johnsy counting backwards. She was looking out of the window and was saying,  "Twelve!" After something she whispered " "eleven," then " ten, " then "nine", " eight"  "seven." Sue anxiously locate out of the window. she saw an old ivy creeper climbing half- way up the brick wall opposite their window. In the strong wind outside,  the creeper was shedding its leaves.

" What is it, dear? "Sue asked.

"Six," whispered Johnsy. "They are falling faster now. There there days ago there were almost a hundred leaves. There are only five lift new."

"It is autumn," said Sue, "and the leaves will fall."

"When the last leaf fails I  will bie," said  Johnsy withfinality. " I have known these for the last there days. "

"Oh, that's nonsense," replied Sue. "What have old ivy leavs to do with your getting well.The doctor is confident that you will get better."

The Right Choice 

Rakesh was very excited .It was last day of his examination.His vacation was about to bigin .He walked back home cheerfully.As soon as he reached home he put his in a corner and ran towards his brother,s room. "Rakesh, don't disturb your brother. His exams are not over,"his mother said. Rakesh returned to his room sadly. His brother Mukesh was preparing for the board exams. His parents did not want Mukesh to be disturbed.A little his mother called out, "Rakesh?" " Yes, mother" he answered and rushed to her room. " What is it mother?" he asked curiously. "The table lamp in Mukesh 's room is not working. He needs it.Go and call the electrician," she said. "Mother, can't Mukesh fix it himself? He is so good at it," Rakesh said. " Don't argue Rakesh. Do as you are told," she said sternly. Overheating this conversation, Mukesh came out and said,  " Oh! Mother, please let me try. It will not take more than half an hour." "No, don't waste your time. Go and study," she said firmly. Quietly, Mukesh returned no his room but could not concentrate on his studies. He was eager to use his electrical tool kit. Mukesh had selected each tool with utmost care.He kept looking at it. He could not control himself and finally got up to fix the lamp. " Wow! Mukesh you are brilliant. I knew you would be able to do it," exclaimed Rakesh. "Sorry for the trouble Mr. Yadav, the work is already done," said the mother to the electrician. " I am sure Mukesh must have done it. You already have an expert electrician at home," Mr. Yadav said and left with a smile. "Now stop wasting your time, and get back to your studies," mother told Mukesh. On the day of the announcement of results,  Mukesh went to school with his parents. Mukesh had topped his class. 

Mother   :  Now it will be easy for you to get admission in a good college.
Mukesh  : Mother, I don't want to go to a college. Father, I want to join a course that can help me to take up my hobby as my profession. The next day he want to the Technical Training Institute with his father. There he got admission in the course of his choice. 

(A couple of years later...)

Everyone looked cheerful as they walked out of the house. Mukesh had set up a new shop and they were going for its inauguration. At the inaugural ceremony, Mukesh asked Rakesh to come forward and cut the ribbon.  Everyone clapped and wished Mukesh good luck.

Anmol was a ten year old boy. He was very good at sports. He had won many races in his school. Once he was selected as a races to represent his school in an inter_ school sports competition. Though he was a very good races yet he felt nervous as the competition would be very tough.

Just then, he saw a small ant carrying a grain of sugar. It was to climb the wall but it repeatedly failed. It kept on trying and finally it successful in reaching its destination. Looking at the ant. Anmol thought that if a small creature like an ant did not give up hope and reached its destination, why should he give up. He must not lose hope and courage. He should try his best to achieve his goal.From the next day onwards he started practicing more and more.In the final race, he ran confidently and stood second among ten participants. Next day in the morning assembly, the Principal praised Anmol and all the children clapped for him.His parents and teachers felt proud of him.

Performance matters not position or place.

Sunil Learns A Lesson             

It was Sunday. Sunil was having breakfast with his father. His father gave him a banana.He ate it and threw the peel outside the window on the road. An old man was working there. He did not notice the banana peel. He stepped on it and slipped. Sunil laughed at this. The old man could not get up because he got injured. 

His father who was watching all this, came to Sunil and said, "Don't laugh. The old man fall because you threw the banana peel on the road. You should have put it in the dustbin. Now, Let's go and help him". They helped the old man to get up and took him to his home. The old man thanked them. Sunil felt ashamed for his wrong behaviour, and said sorry to the old man. Later, Sunil said sorry and promised his father that he would always threw waste in the dustbin. 

Always put the garbage in dustbin, make environment neat and clean.

Maria Sharapova 

There is something about Maria Sharapova, something at odds with her ready smile and glamorous attire.And that something in her lifted her on Monday,22 August 2005 to the world number one position in women's tennis.All this happened in almost on time.Poised beyond her years, the Siberian born teenager took just four years as a professional to reach the pinnacle.However, the rapid ascent in a fiercely competitive world began nine years before with a level of sacrifice few children would be prepared to endure. Little Maria had not yet trip to Florida with her father Yuri launched her on path to success and started.But it also required a heart _ wrenching two _ year separation from her mother Yelena.The latter was compelled to stay back in Siberia because of visa restrictions. The nine_ year_ old girl had already learnt an important lesson in life _ that tennis excellence would only come at a price. "I used to be so lonely," Maria Sharapova recalls. "I missed my mother terribley. My father was working as much as he could to keep my tennis _training going.So, he couldn't see me either."Because I was so young, I used to go to bed at 8 p.m.The other tennis pupils would come in at 11 p.m.and wake me up and order me tidy up the room and clean it.  " Instead of letting that depress me,I became more quietly determined and mentally tough.learnd how to take care of myself. I never thought of quitting because I knew what I wanted . when you come from nothing and you have nothing, then it makes you very hungry and determined. .. I would have put up with much humiliation and insults then that to steadfastly pursue my dream."

That toughness runs through maria even today. It was the key to her bagging the women's singles crown wimbledon in 2004 and to her metoric rise to the world number one spot the following year.

Farmer  

The person who does faming is called a 'farmer'.He is also known a 'agricultul-turist' and 'cultivator'. They prepare the field for showing the seeds in the process of farming.They sow the seeds and at regular intervals irrigate,weed and hor the field.They protect the plants from diseases and take care of them.When the grains and vegetables ripe,they are made available to the people for their use.some farmers also cultivate fruits such as _ banana, guava, mango, papaya, gooseberry (amla) etc. A farmer cultivates the field using tools like spade, trowel ,hor, sickle, plough etc.
