Hamara sharir ek tantra hai 

Jo engine ke Saman hai. Jiska vibhinn bhag yantra ke cal purjo ke Saman har samay kriyashil rahata hai. Iski kriyashilta ko banae rakhne ke liye indhan ki avashyakta Hoti Hai jise Ham bhojan ke roop mein prapt karte hai.

Sharir ke liye bhojan ki upyogita 

Hamare sharir ka machine ke Saman hai. Jis prakar machine ko chalate Hain unke purje hilte hai, usi prakar sharir rupi machine mein bhi Tut foot hoti rahti hai. 

Machine mein jis prakar purane purje ke sthan per naye purje lagana padta hai. Usi prakar sharir mein bhi koshikaon Ke nasht Ho jaane per dusri Navin koshikayen unka sthan grahan kar leti Hai. Jis prakar Tel ke abhav mein machine nahin chal sakti hai usi prakar bhojan ke abhav mein sharir nahin chal Sakta hai. 

Sharir ke sharirik karya 

1. Urja pradan karna_

Bhojan pachane ke bad sharir ko urja pradan Karta Hai is urja Se Hi Ham Apne vibhinn Dainik karyon Jaise chalana, ghumna, grasti ke vibhinn karya karna aadi ko sampann karte Hain atah manushya ke sharir mein urja ki avashyakta hoti hai. Urja mein carbohydrate, Basa tatha protein ki prapt hoti hai.

Bhojan ke dwara ine koshikaon ki kshatipurti hoti rahti hai tatha Naveen koshiano ka nerman de hota hai, jisse balko ke sharir ke vardi hoti rahti hai. Sharirik vriddhi karne Wale tatv hai protein khanij Lavan aur Jal. 

3. Rog pratirodhak Shakti ka Vikas_
