योग के जन्मदाता कौन थे।

जानकारी दे दें कि योग दर्शन के प्रणेता महर्षि पतंजलि द्वारा 'योग सूत्र' की रचना की। इसलिए महर्षि पतंजलि को योग का जनक यानी पिता माना जाता है। योग की परंपरा भारतीय समाज में हजारों सालों से है। बता दें कि योग को भारत में करीब 26,000 साल पहले की देन माना जाता है।
