How to book a doctor appointment

You can book a clinic visit online. Pick a date, a doctor and a morning or evening time. You get an MR-Number after booking.

Steps

1. Open /doctor/f/appointment.
2. Under New Patient, fill your first name, last name, email, phone number and gender.
3. Choose the Appointment Date. The Doctor list then shows doctors available that day.
4. Choose the Doctor and a Morning Shift or Evening Shift time.
5. Write the Visit Purpose and click Book Appointment.
6. Note the date, time and MR-Number shown on the Thank You page.

Common mistakes

• Closing the Thank You page without saving the MR-Number.
• Booking for an emergency. This service is for planned clinic visits only.
