Where to see enquiries on my listings

When someone clicks Enquire Now on your listing, it is saved as a lead. You also get a bell notification and an email.

Steps

1. Sign in and open Enquiry > Leads (Wefru Connect).
2. Look for leads with the source "rental enquiry".
3. Open a lead to see the buyer's name, phone, email and message.
4. Use Call or WhatsApp to reply quickly.

Common mistakes

• Waiting days to reply. Buyers move on fast.
• Looking in the old Enquiry List instead of Leads.
