Leads (Wefru Connect) is your enquiry inbox. Each buyer becomes one lead, even if they write many times.

Steps

1. Product enquiries from your product pages come here.
2. Messages from the contact form on your business page come here.
3. "Get a quote" requests from city and category pages come here.
4. Enquire Now messages on your Sell / Rent / Donate listings come here.
5. Open Enquiry > Leads (Wefru Connect) to see them all.

Common mistakes

• Looking only at the old Enquiry List screen.
• Ignoring the email alert sent for each new lead.
