(2) 2 medium size onions (finely chopped)
(3) 2 tomatoes (purred)
(4) 10-12 cashews (soaked for 15 minutes)
(5) 2-3 tables poons fresh cream
(6) 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
(7) ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
(8) 1- teaspoon red chilli powder
(9) 1- teaspoon coriander powder
(10) ½ teaspoon garam masala
(11) Salt to taste
1. Cut paneer in to cubes lightly fry them in ghee coptional and keep aside .
2. Blend soaked cashew in to a smooth paste .
3. Heat oil in a pan and a saute onion until golden brown .
4. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1mint .
5. Add tomato puree and all dry spices cook until oil separates.
6. Add cashew paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
7. Pour some water to adjust consistency and add paneer cubes .
8. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
9. Add fresh cream and garam masala mix well and turn off heat
